  • How do I book a class?
You can book a class through our website. Simply select your desired session, click the "Book Now" button, and follow the link to our WhatsApp page. Our administrator will assist you as soon as possible.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund but may be credited toward future classes.
  • Do you provide the materials?
Yes, all necessary materials such as clay, tools, and firing costs are included in the price of the class. If there are any specific materials required for advanced courses, they will be noted in the class description.
  • What should I do to prepare for a class?
No special preparation is needed! Just come ready to get creative and a little messy. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting clay on, and closed-toe shoes are a good idea for safety reasons.
  • How long do classes last?
Our classes typically last 2-3 hours, depending on the course. Please check the class description for specific details.
  • Can I take my finished piece home right after the class?
Due to the firing process, pieces typically take 3 weeks before they are ready for pickup.
  • What if I have no experience in ceramics?
Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all skill levels. Our instructors will guide you through the process, so no prior experience is necessary!
  • Can I book a private class or group session?
Yes! We offer private classes and group sessions for events such as birthdays, team-building, or family activities. Please contact us directly for availability, pricing, and to customize your experience.
  • Is there an age limit for the classes?
Most of our classes are suitable for ages 10 and up. We also offer special classes for younger children and families.
  • What happens if a class gets canceled by the studio?
In the rare case that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates, which make a great present for friends and family who are interested in ceramics. You can purchase them directly through our website or at the studio.
  • How do I collect my finished pieces?
In 3 weeks after the class you have to send a message via WhatsApp to check if your ceramics are ready. After receiving a conformation you can pick it up from the studio anytime from Monday to Friday. Please collect your work within 30 days, as we may not be able to store items for an extended period.
  • Is there a dress code?
There isn’t a strict dress code, but we do recommend wearing clothes that are comfortable and can get dirty. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety in the studio.
